1. Prerecord six speakers the week of June 1st.
. A day and time will be confirmed
2. Broadcast the prerecorded presentations, followed by live Q&A, the
week of June 15th on:
. Tuesday, 16-Jun 7:30am-11:30am PDT
. Thursday, 18-Jun 7:30am-11:30am PDT
3. Provide copies of the prerecorded presentations and the recorded Q&A
sessions the week of June 22nd.Videocast Test
. Conduct videocast test(s) prior to conference
. Location can be videographer studio using local internet sending to
conference manager

. Half Day Week of June 1: 6 speakers, ~20 minutes each
. All in the same recording room, brought on schedule by speaker manager
. While there, conduct a second short webcast test using conference room

. Half Day June 16: 3 speakers each with 20 minutes play tape plus 30
minutes moderated live Q&A
. Half Day June 18: 3 speakers each with 20 minutes play tape plus 30
minutes moderated live Q&A
. All in the same recording room, brought on schedule by speaker manager
Videocast Details
. Camera is connected to Macintosh computer that is running Quicktime
Broadcaster
. Computer is connected to Internet and logged into video internet
stream multiplier service
. Camera signal upload is multiplied by service and transmitted to
100-500 conference remote attendees
Recordings
. Recordings of all Presentations and Live Q&A Sessions are needed for
conference archive
. Provide recordings to Conference Manager week of June 22nd
. Either via direct upload to server (provided by Conference Manager) or
via hardcopy shipping
