The USC Center on Public Diplomacy Construction Office in Second Life is "the build stage in the sky with the models". It is where we visualize and manage our building programs to provide virtual reality facilities and services to people and organizations all over the world.
The displays comprise the visual and textual blueprints that drive the
creation of the builds:
. Text displays of prim allocations, structure lists, and timeline.
. Image displays of build reference and progress photos.
. Scale models in 3D of sim land contours and seabed contours and build areas
and buildings.

USC Public Diplomacy and Virtual Worlds Project
. The USC International Virtual Worlds Portal extends the concept of public diplomacy to virtual reality.
. One overall internationally-themed, terraformed and landscaped four-sim build with walkways, roads, build areas reflecting different cultures and countries, and functional builds within for meetings, events, and communicating the general Public Diplomacy concept in an engaging entertaining way.
Public Diplomacy Defined
. Public diplomacy focuses on the ways in which a country communicates with citizens in other societies. It involves not only shaping the messages that a country wishes to present abroad, but also developing the tools of listening and conversation.
